Preschool Education

  • Our Preschool Education Program is run by university qualified educators.
  • We offer excellence in pre-school programs via teacher guided experiences; child-initiated project, play-based learning, spontaneous activities, and extra-curricular events. Excursions and incursions are also an important part of our program to extend on the children’s interests.
  • The curriculum is planned by experienced educators in accordance with the national Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), as well adopting elements from an Emergent curriculum and project-based curriculum. The program is carefully documented for parents to view daily. Each child also has a developmental portfolio which demonstrates the child’s developmental progress throughout the year. It is given to the parent at the end of the year as a lasting record of their early learning years.
  • An important part of our daily program is the promotion of pro-social skill, such as using good manners, helping each other, sharing and turn-taking. We promote respect for our peers and the world around us.
  • The development of positive self-esteem and confidence is encouraged as the children prepare to be active members in our community as they grow.
  • Our small classes are one of the main advantages of achieving learning outcomes, where teachers and children have the opportunity for more one-to-one interactions in their pre-school years.
  • Our learning environment is continuously accredited with the ACECQA at high-quality levels, and we continue each year to meet these high standards.
